Drafting an agreement on your own or analyzing and correcting the draft offered by your counterparty, without competent legal advice, requires considerable time and does not guarantee the protection of your interests. The forms of documents offered by Internet services may not take into account the latest changes in legislation and current judicial practice. Also incorrect wording can lead, for example, to the fact that the inspection authorities may consider the concluded civil-law contract as an employment contract, and this will entail the collection of fines, penalties and additional tax charges. 

In the conditions of the market launch of new products and services, the businessman often does not know what kind of contract will take full account of the nuances of its business. Here there is a need for non-typical (mixed) contracts, containing elements of different transactions. When the activity of an enterprise is quite monotonous, a standard form of agreement or a framework contract will significantly increase the efficiency of business processes.
